Please read these Terms and Conditions (“Agreement”) carefully before engaging the services of Skillman Recruitment. This Agreement outlines the terms and conditions governing the relationship between Skillman Recruitment and its clients.

  1. Scope of Services: Skillman Recruitment will provide recruitment and talent acquisition services to clients seeking to fill job vacancies within their organizations. Our services may include candidate sourcing, screening interviewing, reference checks, and presenting a shortlist of qualified candidates for consideration.
  2. Client Responsibilities: Clients are responsible for providing accurate and detailed job descriptions, requirements, and any other relevant information necessary for the recruitment process. Clients should promptly review and provide feedback on candidate profiles and interview outcomes. Failure to provide timely feedback on candidate profiles may result in the expiration of candidate availability.
  3. Candidate Selection: Skillman Recruitment will use reasonable efforts to identify and present qualified candidates for client consideration. However, the final decision to select and hire candidate rests solely with the client. Skillman Recruitment does not guarantee the suitability, availability, or acceptance of any candidate.
  4. Confidentiality: Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of all non-public information shared during the recruitment process, including but not limited to candidate profiles, client company information, and job details. This information shall not be disclosed to any third party without the express consent of the disclosing party, except as required by law.
  5. Fees and Payment: Client agree to pay Skillman Recruitment the agreed-upon recruitment fees for the successful placement of a candidate. Fees, payment terms, and any additional charges will be outlined in a separate agreement or proposal. Invoices shall be payable within the specified timeframe. Failure to remit payment within the agreed-upon timeframe may result in additional fees or the suspension of services.
  6. Liability: Skillman Recruitment shall not be liable for any loss, damage, or costs incurred by client resulting from the actions or omissions of candidates introduced by the agency. It is the client’s responsibility to verify the qualifications, references, and suitability of candidates before making any employment offers.
  7. Termination: Either party may terminate the engagement at any time by providing written notice to the other party. In the event of termination, any fees or expenses incurred up to the termination date shall be payable in accordance with the agreed terms.
  8. Governing Law and Jurisdiction: This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Jurisdiction. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with this Agreement shall be subject to the exclusion jurisdiction of the courts of [Jurisdiction]. (not sure if I should add this.
  9. Amendments: Skillman Recruitment reserves the right to modify or update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Clients will be notified of any changes, and continued use of our services after such modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated Agreement.

By engaging the services of Skillman Recruitment, the client acknowledges and agrees to be bound by the terms and conditions outlined in this Agreement.
